In the Lost Lands is a Z-movie Dune: Fury Road, The Dark Tower Saga.

With a “it was Wolf Man / Van Helsing all along?!” twist to boot. 

Say what you will about Paul W.S. Anderson, but he has more aesthetic style than the vast majority of today’s mainstream Hollywood. 

And In the Lost Lands is a reminder that Total CGI (or is it AI?) isn’t commercial cinema’s primary problem. 

My definition of Total CGI: when the cast constitutes a majority of the confirmable live-action elements on screen.
