On November 11, 2024, some dopey website by the name of Write All Nite — by the even dopier Steven Strauss — proclaimed this prediction:

If there was ever a time to unleash Electric Nebraska onto us deprived masses, wouldn’t the Disney-funded fanfare around Deliver Me From Nowhere’s October 24 release be the perfect, max-attention opportunity?”

Now let’s cut to September 4, 2025, when Bruce Inc. issued this announcement:

 “The Nebraska ’82: Expanded Edition, coming October 17 will include The E Street Band’s fabled Electric Nebraska sessions.”

Write All Nite knows ball. 

While I’m feeling myself, a particular line in a different section of this statement jumped out to me:

“Having never toured behind Nebraska…”

Well Brucey, if there was ever a time to do so! Be it a mini tour (IN THEATERS??), or parking up at an individual venue for a few shows (BROADWAY??)…

Seems like a no brainer to Strausstradamus.
