How many movies tell stories about characters that span over one decade?

This ubiquitous narrative structure comes with a practical problem: how to visibly age the actors believably.

It’s easier when the plot jumps from sperm to middle age to worm, but how about the subtler differences when we follow someone from ages 30 to 40, 40 to 50, 50 to 60, etc.?
