A short but sweet week:

Dancing Queen — Cher

Cher + ABBA = musical bliss. The ultimate bomber dropping ultimate bombs; bangers straight bangin’. If you’re looking for some musical infidelity and, you know, covers that somewhat reinvent their durable wheels, well, look elsewhere, because Cher remains loyal, unabashedly owning the trashy camp of Abba’s musical perfection.

QUAVO HUNCHO — Quavo

More varied producing, but he really misses Migos’ staccato group flow (yet he retains their albums’ rambling runtimes). Placing himself in lyrical conversation with the Queen doesn’t end well (the “In My Feelings” cut is a smart touch). Speaking of whom, Drake shows up to show up Quavo’s show, showing him what real flow sounds like. Along those same lines: it might be a problem that Quavo’s one of the worst rappers here, despite his swag for days.

Trench — twenty one pilots

As much as the following comparison might sound like an oxymoron in terms: Trench is a weirdly-uninspired mashup that aims to be an alternative boy band formed by Logic and The Black Keys, with ghost contributions from MGMT, but it lands somewhere around Imagine Dragons with rap instead.
