People, Places & Things will go down as one of this theatre season’s very best shows.
I was lucky enough to see the play both in London and at New York City’s St. Ann’s Warehouse, which afforded me the opportunity to delve into a subject that’s long fascinated me: how the meaning of largely the same production can change based on the specifics of the different theatres in which it’s produced.
To read my thoughts on the matter, you need to head on over to where the piece is published: the amazing Laura Kressley’s theplaysthethinguk.com.
If you’re at all interested in London theatre, make sure to add her website to your daily rotation; much like People, Places & Things, she’s just the best.
